A single published nightly rate is misleading on properties like these. The same house prices differently by season, length of stay, group size and staffing, and can be four times higher over an awards weekend than in March. We quote the real rate on the phone, usually within about ninety seconds.

### How do I book a house?

### How many properties do you represent?

### What does it cost to rent a luxury villa in Los Angeles?

A serviced eight-bedroom in the hills typically runs in the mid five figures per week off-season, and climbs steeply against awards season, festival weekends and the first two weeks of August. Production and event use is priced separately and requires insurance we will walk you through.
